  • How do I check the current status of my orders?

    Pending: When we receive a new order in our system the default status is ‘Pending”.
    Processing: Next, our representative will call for order confirmation. Once ordered is confirmed the status will change to Processing. Then they seller will prepare your order for shipping and ships it.Success: Successful attempt of payment has been made, however transfer will be confirmed once email is send to you.
    Shipped: When order shipped by the seller but not yet received by buyer. Status of such orders changed to Order Shipped.
    Complete: When customer received the order its status get changed to order complete.
    Cancelled: When the order was cancelled. All customer will be notified whenever the order status gets updated. In case of cancellation customers will get an alert on email with the reason why it is cancelled.
    Awaiting Advance Payment: Some products required advance payment. When such orders are placed their status will be changed to "Awaiting advance payment" by our staff once the order is verified over the phone. We process the orders after receiving full or partial payments.
