  • How do I know my order has been confirmed?

    Once you placed the order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. In the email you will be provided a unique Order ID (eg. 85996). You will also receive a call from our customer support department for phone verification of your order. After verification, the seller received and confirms the receipt of order and begins processing it. You will also receive a tracking code through which they can track the status of your orders. You will also be notified when seller ship the item(s) to you.
  • Can I order a product that is 'Out of Stock'?

    You can still make an order of an out of stock product. Once the order is placed of such product our customer care team will try to get the status of product availability. If the same product could be arranged from some other vendor or the same vendor itself can provide that product in near future, you will be informed. Otherwise your order will be cancelled and you will be informed to select another product on the same order no. or place a new order. 
  • Is it necessary to have an account to shop on Subhay.com?

    At Subhay.com there are two ways to checkout, Normal Checkout and Quick checkout. On both checkout registration is not essential. Quick checkout is fast and easy for placing orders while in normal checkout is the standard way for placing orders.
  • How do I pay for a Subhay.com purchases?

    Subhay.com offers multiple payment methods. Cash on delivery (C.O.D) is the most convenient option for buyers in Pakistan. We also accept Bank transfer, Easy Paisa, Visa, Master Card all over the Pakistan; we accept payments through DemandDraft or Cheque, Once the Cheque is cleared we dispatch the parcel in 24 working
  • What is Cash on Delivery?

    Cash on Delivery is the payment option for buyers. With C-O-D you can pay cash at the time when delivery takes place. Buyers pay payment when they received their order. This is feasible for people who are hesitant for making online payments.
  • Are there any hidden charges (Duties or Sales Tax) when I make a purchase on Subhay.com?

    No there will be no hidden or extra charges for purchases you make on Subhay.com. We will charge exactly what you see on the product page. But delivery charges may be applied on heavy goods (more than few Kg.) or smaller order like orders with total amount being less than Rs. 1,500. On International Delivery Custom Duties will be paid at arrival by the receiver however, most of the countries don't usually charge on small parcels.
  • How do I pay using a credit/debit card?

    We accept payments made by credit/debit cards issued in Pakistan. Payments made using Visa, MasterCard are accepted but the card should be in the name of this customer. Subhay.com reserve the right to ask for additional verification of order paid via plastic money.
  • How do I check the current status of my orders?


    Pending: When we receive a new order in our system the default status is ‘Pending”.
    Processing: Next, our representative will call for order confirmation. Once ordered is confirmed the status will change to Processing. Then they seller will prepare your order for shipping and ships it.Success: Successful attempt of payment has been made, however transfer will be confirmed once email is send to you.
    Shipped: When order shipped by the seller but not yet received by buyer. Status of such orders changed to Order Shipped.
    Complete: When customer received the order its status get changed to order complete.
    Cancelled: When the order was cancelled. All customer will be notified whenever the order status gets updated. In case of cancellation customers will get an alert on email with the reason why it is cancelled.
    Awaiting Advance Payment: Some products required advance payment. When such orders are placed their status will be changed to "Awaiting advance payment" by our staff once the order is verified over the phone. We process the orders after receiving full or partial payments.
  • When and how can I cancel an order?

    Orders can be cancelled by buyers before Phone verification. After our representative confirm your order through Phone it cannot be cancel. To cancel, Contact our customer care department over the phone with your order number.
  • What are the delivery charges?

    There is NO delivery charges of orders exceeding of amount Rs. 1,499. Sellers usually charge a small shipping cost / courier charges on low cost products or heavy goods.
  • What is the estimated delivery time?

    Order deliveries usually takes 2-3 business days across Pakistan. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Sometimes delivery takes more time due to distance between buyer premises and courier companies offices. Deliveries can be delay because of weather conditions, flight delays, law and order situation in your area.
  • Seller does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?

    It happens due to different reasons.Due to Legal restrictions of shipping of desired products to your location
    A particular area in a city is “out of service area” for courier company to deliver your order
    B.Seller might not prefer to ship to certain locations due to some issues. This is entirely their preference.
  • I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?

    Refer our delivery and return policy on our website. You may contact us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return.
  • Does Subhay.com deliver internationally?

    We support order deliveries within Pakistan at the movement however we ship selected orders in selected countries to Pakistani-Indian Expatriates as well as other communities all across the globe. For International delivery orders the net order amount should be at least Rs. 5000 / PKR5,098. All payments in such case to be made in advance and it should include the shipping cost as well. Shipping cost may vary depending your location and this shipping cost will be confirmed.You are responsible to pay all the duties / taxes in the landing country of your order. We have no knowledge about the duties that could be applied by customs of your country. We also offer gift service to your loved ones in Pakistan. Contact us for more details.
  • How does the delivery process work?

    All orders are shipped through reputed couriers by our sellers. Our sellers generally ship through TCS, Leopard, Blue-Ex, Express Post etc. You will receive an email when seller ships your order and you will also receive a tracking number. In-case of International Shipping, DHL/DPEX, Skynet WWE and Registered Mail Service is Used
